1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched for shipping.

  • Once an order has been shipped, no cancellations or refunds will be processed.

  • To request a cancellation, please email us at info@gamthiaahar.in with the subject line:
    "Cancellation Request"

  • Your email must include the following details:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for Cancellation

  • Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will initiate the process and confirm via email.

  • The refund (after applicable deductions) will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note: Bank transaction charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund and borne by the customer.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • The order was cancelled prior to shipment.

  • The order was not delivered to the recipient (excluding failed deliveries due to incorrect or unreachable addresses).

  • If the delivered product is found to be damaged or of poor quality, and the issue is verified by our team.

  • If a service failure occurs from our side (e.g., delivery or packaging error), upon review.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are subject to verification and approval by Gamthi Aahar management. The decision will be final and binding.

  • The refund amount will not exceed the amount paid by the customer.

  • Discounted or promotional amounts are non-refundable.

  • Any excess payment made inadvertently will not be refunded but may be adjusted against future purchases.


3. Return Policy

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product was delivered in a damaged condition or had quality issues due to company fault.

  • A return request must be submitted to info@gamthiaahar.in within 10 days of purchase.

  • Return shipping must be arranged by the customer and is done at their own risk and cost.

  • Products must be returned in original packaging, unused, and sealed to be eligible for replacement or refund.


4. Exchange Policy

  • In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we may offer a free replacement or exchange, subject to stock availability.

  • Please email us with photographs and your order details so our team can assist accordingly.


5. Delivery Delays

  • While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistics disruptions may cause delays.

  • We appreciate your understanding and patience in such rare circumstances.


6. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details including name, address, phone number, and email.

  • Gamthi Aahar is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

  • Support hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

  • Queries received outside working hours will be responded to on the next business day.


8. Policy Updates

  • Gamthi Aahar reserves the right to update or modify this policy without prior notice.

  • In case of significant changes, customers will be informed via email or through a website announcement.
